We will definitely book here again!! I have rented multiple places on this lake and This Condo is The Best! First the view is unmatched on Lake DeSoto in a rental. Secondly, the beds were very comfortable which is hit and miss in these bookings. Usually the beds are too hard, but these were just right, and again, the VIEW!! Thirdly, the condo is nicely decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. It was nice that our 4 legged best friend could stay as well. A plus, the neighbors are extremely nice too!

Kept us informed, very understanding and helpful with our reservation. The location is right on the lake, with an outstanding view from either top/bottom patio deck. Was easy to find and has two assigned parking spots. Inside will cleaned and beds where comfortable, didn't use everything but it was available if needed, mostly the coffee pot and toaster for morning breakfast on the patio enjoying the lake view. The location is nice, as you can walk out your door to the walking path along the lake that leads to the Desoto walking trail, as you past by the El Jimador Mexican restaurant and shell station/convenient store/etc. Good information available next to the TV that gives you everything you need to know about HSV and your stay. Would definitely stay here again

This was our third stay at What-A-View. We love the location (near one of the Village entrances), the outstanding lake views from every window, and the walking trail steps away from the front door. We can’t wait to return!

I have been meaning to write a review. We stayed at " What a View " in Mid July 2024. It felt like being actually ON the water. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing!!!! The area is quiet and private even though it's in a little clutch of townhomes it still feels very secluded. We ate at the beehive one night and the marina another. Marina has music that same night and we could hear it very pleasantly from the townhome. The food at both places was delicious and reasonably priced. We explored both the village and the bathhouses in hot springs. I took my kids to magic springs as well. It was so nice to come "home" from our day and be greeted with beautiful sunsets. The place was very clean and homey. Denisse was a FABULOUS and responsive host. She took care of an issue with the AC immediately. She was super understanding of my road weariness driving with teenagers and went above and beyond to make sure there was as little inconvenience as possible. Beautiful!!!!

The place and the views were beautiful. The lookout to the lake was so peaceful and stunning. The only thing I would recommend is before a customer is to arrive the patio/balcony’s should be blown/washed/brushed off of cobwebs/spiders…. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings, but the spiders love the view too.
